I don't think the gloves are worth much at all (50-100k). You really need 3 or 4 great stats to get value for most armor pieces.
That quiver on the other hand should net you a few million, I'm thinking 3-5m. Quivers are tough to price though, so I could be a bit too high, and potentially low.. You got the low end of the roll for dex, and your 2 random mods were % chance to freeze (worthless), and vitality, which should kind of offset the low dex roll. You did get the high end on attack speed so that helps you some (10-20% range).
To get a better valuation, you can search on 80 dex / 130 vit / 17% atk speed to see what the comparables are at.
