The ah doesn't have many on there and I don't even know if it is worth too much. Any help would be great.

I've spent a fortune crafting belts, and unfortunately I don't think this one is worth too much. 100-200k at the very most. Personally, I don't value life regen very highly, and I'm sure a lot of people look over it when looking for gear, especially in lieu of all res/MF/life%/more vit, that could have got on this belt.

For life regen... the main build I'm aware of it being valuable is for a Kiting wizard (I have nearly 1400 regen currently). I believe the melee classes favour life on hit to regain life. It can be valuble on a top tier item (i.e. one that has int/vit/AR)
