Jewelry like this is hard to get a good estimate on. There isn't a whole lot of synergy with the mods and none of them are very high (though decent crit damage). The damage is low and most people don't even desire anymore because it doesn't give big enough gains in damage to be worth other affix slots. I would try putting it up on 100k bid 500k buyout and see if you get some bites. It doesn't look too desirable unfortunately. Best of luck though!
