I'm going to say not much because +2 to martial arts kind of sucks. It would have been nicer to have +2 bow or +2 passives :/ That's just one opinion though. If you someone actually has a martial arts character, then i guess these would be decent for them. Still, not on of the mods are perfect stats so I'm going to say not much. It's also missing sort of leech.
