What sort of changes would you want to see to your favourite Pally skills to make them more fun/cool/useful?

Some I can think of off hand:

1.a) Resist Fire and Resist Cold are BOTH active when using Holy Fire OR Holy Freeze (similar to Prayer bonus when using Cleansing/Meditation)
and/or
1.b) Resist Lightning is active when using Holy Shock. Maybe beef it up to balance usefulness with Fire/Freeze.

2.a) Holy Elemental Auras get an Attack Rating bonus (to help out us Ranger Paladins a little) i.e. +X per level (likely not a percent number)
or
2.b) Holy Elemental Auras and Concentration get a passive synergy bonus from Blessed Aim i.e. +X Attack Rating per point in Blessed Aim

3. Holy Bolt increases Prayer healing, maybe 1 per 2 levels or so (to make Clerics a bit stronger)

4. Smite does increased damage when Defiance is active (similar to Concentration/Blessed Hammer)

5. The damage added to Smite by Holy Shield is Magic damage

6.a) Boost Attack Rating on Sacrifice and make it add poison damage (over-dramatic justification: "The hallowed blood of the noblest Paladins is pure anathema to the legions of Hell.")
or
6.b) Cleansing adds poison damage to your attacks (over-dramatic justification: "Purifying his own body and spirit of taint, a holy Knight can then focus these ills onto his weapon and unleash them on his foes.") Imagine this skill plus Vengeance!
6.c) Cleansing synergizes Salvation, adding poison resistance (i.e. 1 point in Cleansing makes Salvation give poison resistance at the same rate Salvation would do resist fire/cold/lightning at level 1)
6.d) Conversely, points in Salvation could add a bonus to poison resistance when Cleansing is active

7. Fanaticism gives synergy bonuses to Vigor (i.e. even Faster Run/Walk and/or Increased Attack Speed at 1:1 ratio, but no damage or attack bonuses)


Any other pipe dreams?
Try not to be excessive or unrealistic, though.
Also, if you can see any issues with my suggestions (i.e. overpowered, etc.), feel free to point them out.

Being the Ranger fan I am, my 2 unrealistic changes would be:
1. Make Zeal an Offensive Aura instead of a Combat Skill and vice-versa for Fanaticism
2. Combat Skills work when using missile weapons
... imagine... 5 Arrows per attack... doing Vengeance damage >:)

1. Add a bonus to duration for conversion

2. Let holy bolt do 50-75% of its total damage to demons

3. Allow sanctuary to work on demons

4. Increase synergy damage bonus on holy fire to about 30% per lvl for salvation

5. Having the resist aura active while using the holy element aura skill would be super unbalanced

make holy bolt be able to blind any creature, regardless of their type
foh stuns in a small radius(say fireball size)
reduce stamina abilities on vigor, add a small fcr bonus(caps out at like 25% at level 40 or so)
defiance gets damage reduced by 1 point per skill level

maybe those...palys need to get reduced too(hammers synergies are insane, maybe should be like 10% instead of 14%...up hammers damage themselves but dont get bonus from concentration etc)
