Paladin Build ?'s, gear too.

Hi i dont knwo if thsi is a build, but i am makign a paladin, with FOH/Holy Shock maxed, HS/Smite about 10 pts each (+ Skills will get them to 20) and the Holy Bolt, ive heard different things, im not going to use it, just to synergize, but holy shock does so too... should i max this? or put 10 pts into with hs/smite?


Now my gear, how does it sound:

Perfect Hoto
Eth Zod'd Zakurum (Might be getting eth Zakurum Exile with +Resist)
Ber'd Shako
Enigma/CoH(coh will help when fighting sorcs, ect, if i need more resist)
Soj/Raven Frost
A crafted +2 skills pala ammy with great mods
Now my belt, heres my dispute, should i use Arachnids, verdungos, or tgods as my main, i shall keep all of them in my stash so when i need them, but what should be my main belt?

Skill Charms-Should i use a inventory dull of offensive auras, or all full of combat skills, or split them and use half combat half offensive?

Well if you are planning to use this build in pvp those points in holy bolt would be wasted because HB will increase you holy bolts from foh damage not foh damage(well maybe it will help when dueling skelemancers :thanks: ).
And I would definetly max smite and HS and have a weaker FoH, because foh can be more easilly negated then smite.
You are trying to make a T/V.
And I can assure you a V/T would OWN a T/V any day :thumbsup: .

Whatch what you say... I've had my T/V own V/T's... Just not ones with more than half a brain.

V/T is better for 1 vs 1 duels
T/V is better for pubs and groups

I was thinking of a V/T vs T/V duel not dueling all classes or TVT`s.

BTW, learn to be patient. As you see you get the answers, just don't expect to get the answer in 2 mins, and even less don't do 3!! consecutive posts.

ok u have kickarsenal gear
1 keep verdungos and tgods.. trade off arachnids for better charms?
2 ur skil point allocation should be 20 foh/holyshock/holyshield. 10-15 conviction or less (enough @ lvl 25) now the remaining pts.. is either fanaticsm smite. OR split
3 Stick ur Combat Charms in ur Inventory.. NO NO NO offensive Aura Charms.
4 instead of soj go for bulkathos
5 NO HOLYBOLT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLZ (xcept 1 pt for prerequisite)
6 i hope to see u in the battle net. and hopefully duel my vt and tv
btw smiting with hoto cost tons of gold so if u use ur flail it'll break ez so keep repairin after bouts ... better yet use astreon or lacerator when smiting

Exactly, thanks.

As wvx said, read both the Templar guide written by him, or the V/T guide written by Pravda. The V/T guide is up there under "paladin guide thread," and the Templar guide should be there too, if not it's floating somewhere in the forums :cheesy:

Make a choice and if you still have questions, ask (and be patient) and tell us which you're going for (t/v, v/t, templar, etc.)
