Pala Shield questions..

Hi.. i have some questions about pala shields that i hope you can answer for me..

1. If i have a White Sacred Rondache with +30 all res. Then i can add 1-4 socket to it with the cube: 1 Tal Rune + 1 Amn Rune + 1 Perfect Ruby right? and it will keep the +30 all res?

2. Is there any way of rerolling the same shield before sockets to try and get more + res all?

3. if i make lets say Ancients pledge in the shield after sockets, then Ancients pledge will have the + 30 all res beside normal stats?

I think thats it for now..
