P&B Necro help...

Hello! I love this game, but sadly I haven't played in 2~ish years. Now I'm planning on making my old P&B Necromancer. I wish to know what is the best equipment for it.

Also, what would be the best way to distribute my skill points out.

Not to hi-jack this thread, but where the hell are the guides? The only guide I could find for a pvp bone necro on this site was for 1.10 =/
