From the original list I'd definitely have to go with NewsRadio. That show was brilliantly written IMHO, but I do agree that after Bill was murdered by his wife, the show did struggle somewhat (though I didn't mind John Lovitz coming into the picture). Either way, it's a shame it went away.

Futurama is also on the list. I loved that show as well. Too bad they didn't see fit to keep it going. I'd hate to see the Simpsons go away, but Futurama was an excellent fresh idea.

I've also recently gotten into Angel somewhat, but I'm not invested enough to be as sad to see it go. The show is finishing up it's final 6 episodes in coming weeks.

That's a complete bastardization of my phrase: Roxorz ur boxorz. But yes, Andy Richter did indeed roxorz my boxorz.
Hey, I was just going off her pic from the OTF Forum Faces web page. If you've got beef, it's with ZeppelinAngel, not me. :innocent:

The only shows I didn't like on that list were Space: Above and Beyond and Dark Angel. Family Guy would probably rank first, but I love Sports Night. Excellent show.

And Invader Zim was also amazing, and very little know. Well, outside this forum apparently.

The cancellation of Farscape ranks pretty high on my list of TV tragedies, especially considering the show was doing pretty well.

The last episode of season 4. Crikey, thats one hell of a cliffhanger to leave a series on, forever!

Btw - Firefly, the sci-fi series by Joss Whedon, is missing from the list. I just finished watching the DVD boxset of the first season and I was very, very impressed. An incredibly good show, sadly canned due to the incompetence of the Fox network. I'm thankful that a moive is due for 2005.

But hey, Fox cancelled Futurama, so its clear they wouldn't know a good TV show if it bit them on the ***.

I thought News Radio was very well written and superbly casted but I didn't know it had caught on. I had only seen it on late night tv so I assumed that it had bombed. Good to see I wasn't alone in appreciating the show.

But yeah, this would be one of the top shows on my list too. I was also kinda peeved when they took off LA Law. They had changed it up so much though that it wasn't nearly as good as it started off being.

Sci-Fi is cranking out a movie (mini-series? I forgot which) to wrap up any loose ends left at the end of their last official season.

Uhh...why was Futurama cancelled? I didn't even here about that.

I'd have to pick Invader Zim, great show.

Wild Thornberries And Rocket Power!!!1!11!11!11! Why Nickolodeon Why!!!?!///?/!/!!??!/11?/1/1?!?1/1?1/1?!
If you ever state something even REMOTELY related to that sentance again, I will find you and beat you over the head with my ice-scraper. Rocket Power is the unholiest piece of scum to ever disgrace the earth, with Wild Thornberries coming up at a close second-worst.

I read like 4 options then I stopped checking them and just voted for family guy as soon as I saw it.

Futurama,as far as I remember, was cancelled because it could be. They just cut it or Groening stopped making them.

Invader Zim annoyed the hell out of me. GIR was cool, but the rest of the show sucked.

Thank goodness Rocket Power is gone. That's all I can say without ranting.

My vote went Futurama because, though it is/was cncelled, it shall live forever.

Space: Above and Beyond was a great show. It just had this erie mysterious feel to it. And it felt pretty realistic, plus the chigs were pretty cool enemies. I always remember just stopping everything I did and watched whenever I saw that show on. I can't think of any other show that did that to me.

Futurama or bust

Although I liked all of the 1st season Family Guy episodes, some of the second season episodes definitely were not network-friendly (if it were on cable first, it'd never have gone off the air).

However, I liked every single Futurama episode. Bender, naturally, was my favorite. All of you who disagree can bite my shiny metal ***!
