I've borm 1960 and started my vinyl collection in early 70's allthough my oldest vinyls are from 60's (original mono Rubber Soul might be my oldest vinyl). I changed to CDs in late 90's.
Nowadays I buy new and old music about fifty-fifty and about on fifth of the old ones are CD versions of those vinyls I have as I try to replace them all with CDs. That's impossible so I'm going to put that vinylplayer up when I have some more money. Unemployment has its drawbacks you know.

Thanks. I only have those two plus the Yes album as CDs. I do have all of their albums on vinyl though, but like I've written my vinylplayer is out of comiission.

My older sister's music was the first stuff I ever listened to, so I'm a big fan of 60s/70s music. On the other hand, I probably have just as much music in my collection from the 80s/90s/00s.
Anything but C&W works for me (actually, there are some Johnny Cash tunes I enjoy ... heh).
Anyway, my least favourite vinyl record is a Curved Air picturedisc that is too heavy to play at the right speed on most turntables. CDs for me!
