Does that mean he owns pipi? I never really understood that user name. Is 'pipi' a vulgar reference or not?

i have been told that 'means' sick - i think was in finnish.
owner, i think is a reference to how he 'OWN ALL '?
heh - just did a google search and found in an urban dictionary it means french 'wee wee'.
Others found were 'mute' (cant be that) and candy (well i guess you can own a sweet) and meat (!)
