Another day, another few spams. Going to our summer cottage(no internet ) in the afternoon(time is now 09.53), but at least I will be doing something usefull there. Getting drunk is usefull and so is putting roof tiles on the roof. In that order. I guess I'll have to use a safety rope, my hangover days are a little harsh sometimes.

It really defies laws of nature that this thread got exceptionally many messages last night and some were grumbling that this thread is slow in growing. :scratch:

Next time someone grumbles, how about you grumble 10* over so you actually make it seem active.

Is Asheron still pissed at me? I never was pissed at him though, just that I judge people harshly without even knowing them. It is in our raising. There was a fancy word for it, I think they mentioned in a racial document thingie. They said finns aren't that racist, they just seem that way since they are naturally preoccupied(damn near hostile ) to people they don't know. Equally without looking into race, gender, age etc.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings, I should have kept my hands in my pockets that time.

edit: Mep: "I'll see what I can do" usually means that once your boss has become bored with minesweeper, solitaire and freecell he might actually get around to it. Unless he does the old (Coffee + magazine <--> cigarette(sp)) thingie.

Anyway, Mep, you might wanna try that sometime. "Just say 'no'", as the song says. If your boss is being like that, tell then you need to spend more time on studies and tell them you are either moving to part-time hours next week (ie: next time the shifts are drawn up) or you are quitting. I'm sure you can find another part-time job somewhere and is this job really so good as to risk ****ing up school for? Prioritise dude. If these people see they can walk all over you, they'll go out of their way to step in **** first.

now me on the other hand... i love overtime, so it's hard for me to say no.. that and i usually have nothing better to do (don't go to school)
i'll be putting in about 48 hours this week (thats after my breaks are taken out cuz they're unpaid)... so when i gotta do something icky or that i don't like, i just think about the overtime... i just say to myself "man, i'm getting paid overtime to do this... if i wasn't, there'd be no way in hell i'd be doin it"

EDIT: there are a lot of icky jobs to do at McD's too...

Good flexible timetable: You can come whenever you feel like as long as you come before 8.00 am and you can go whenever after 16.00, we don't pay for overtime.
Some superiors should consider removing the broomstick from their *** before going to work.
