Odd. I decided to read through the thread for ****s. That post was three years ago, and I did end up going into the medical field. From electrical engineering. heh. Go figure

Gotta love the trip down memory lane :D I find it kind of funny...back in the day, with the other grey-furred wolves, we used to debate which was better, CCSoQ or CMSoQ, now it's Grief PB vs EBotDZ. The more things change, the more they stay the same :)

Hell yeah! Can't go wrong with Megadeth and CoB. By the way, who the hell is playing co-lead for Dave now? I had heard somewhere that he got Chris Poland back, but that band is notorious for it's revolving door policy (mainly because Mustaine is an ***hole).

Sadly I'm not a huge fan of Megadeth because of Dave. Their music's alright but after seeing some of his vids and hearing his interviews I wanted to kick him in the teeth so I never paid much attention to that band. I heard In Flames's new CD and it's good for what they do, and I can't wait til I can get my hands on Bloodrunk.

I wouldn't mind having a go with Dave myself...his two black belts are in less fluid styles than the main arts I study, though one is pretty close to the black belt I have formally. That and it's a well known fact his left arm is gimped :p

I haven't heard a lot off of Bloodrunk yet...I just hope it was nothing like Are You Dead Yet. IMO Something Wicked and Follow the Reaper were the best ones, but I'm all about neoclassical shred...so go figure. If you're into the heavier stuff though, like what'll be at CIM, might check out Origin (who will also be there). I'm thinking once the wolf is fully pub ready, Antithesis will be the song for the vid :D

I can't wait to see and hear it. Right now my WMP is messed up and I'm too lazy to get another one atm.

Agreed on Are You Dead Yet, though I did like Trashed, Lost, and Strungout. Follow the Reaper was indeed godly, a shame I had to give the CD back to my bud before I moved. I'm more of a melodic death metal person myself, just popped in Death Cult Armageddon from Dimmu...man I gotta find the uncensored Progenies video.
