Actually it looks like it may be. It seems to be illegal if you don't have their permission. If it is not password protected though it's a bit of a grey area.

Here in Norway you are responsible for your own network. If you have an open wireless and someone logs on and do something illigal with it, you'll be the person responsible, unless you can prove in a court (if it goes that far) that the computer used for said action is not part of your household.

Here you can be liable but it is still considered trespass if you access a open wifi without permission. It's no different then leaving your door unlocked if someone goes in your house they are still there illegally.

Yea, that's what I figured. As long as you don't do it all the time or do illegal stuff you likely won't ever get caught though.

It's beta so it is not too bad but to be honest I only played a few games at my buddy's house. But he says that you get the same dipwads in dota2 that he got in LOL and the original Dota games. Even in WC3 the people who played dota were elitists and annoying imo. Which is unfortunate because the games can be fun.

well I just got into the Dota2 Beta, so I guess I will see how it is

DLC is just another way for developers to take more money from us for stuff that should have shipped with the game. Imagine if you had to pay for each D2 patch .....
