I just take a few Benadryl if I can't sleep. Or if I know I am going to need to sleep, I do a very hard ride/strenuous workout that afternoon and sleep like the dead.

I have bouts of really bad insomnia, like this week I'd call myself lucky if I got 4 hours of sleep a night since last Saturday. I normally hate taking sleeping aids though, the over-the-counter stuff just doesn't work that well for me and as the rest of said does little more then make my mornings all the more horrid.
Pancake's idea has actually worked pretty well for me in the past, I've just not had the energy at all this week to go running.

Well I know what you mean! It's good to hear you take pride in your work! But this time it really was, although it might not have been the electricians fault as much as production error on the socket that was used. Can't quite remember exactly what it was, but something in the socket was slightly loose, causing sparks to occur. And eventually that was enough to heat stuff up to the point of catching on fire. Apparently if the fire alarm hadn't woken us up when it did, another 10 mins or so and we'd be toast from the smoke/fumes.
Anyway a bit drunk, so I'll go get some sleep! Was out drinking from 5 pm to 2 am.
It gets boring after a while.

I envy you! the last.... I dare say at least 12 years, I'm always the one to fall asleep last. I can go anywhere between 10 minutes and 3 hours before falling asleep when the light is out. Most of the time within 20-40 mins or so though.

I'm thinking it isn't. The house was old, and the electrical system was old etc. I'm not out to blaming a person for that fire, especially not 12 years after the fact. =P
Aye sleeping was good. Slight headache this morning, but it's gone now.

Well it is now almost 5 am. So better brush my teeth and get some sleep!
I think I might need to take a trip to the grocery store tomorrow morning just to get myself breakfast.
And of course by tomorrow morning I mean around mid day. Anyway good night!
