Hey that's not a bad idea at all! Just make sure to get them really hooked, and eventually their parents might cave in and buy them a system like you said.

Hmm. Turns starting to watch Dexter before going to bed is a bad idea, especially when you know you don't have to get up early. 4 am and I'm about to start another episode.

Pokemon was the one thing I liked to play on gameboy. Unfortunately I didn't have a gameboy and had to borrow friends ...

I've no idea cakes! I'm on season 4 now. Got through almost the entire one since yesterday. Always a cliffhanger at the end of each episode, which makes me start the next one! And this episode was no different, so episode 10 coming right up!
Yea I used to play Pokemon blue (and borrowed red from my brother). Also we got silver and gold (he had gold, I silver so we borrowed eachother's to play each one).

Guess I was lucky I didn't have to.
Of course some games I had to buy for myself. But the first console I bought for myself was a used xbox from a friend of mine. First computer I bought back in... 06 I think. Although the first computer we had in the house was one our neighbour let us borrow. And the first our family bought was in 2000. Also the same year our house caught on fire because of a faulty power socket in the basement.
Anywa it's almost 6 am. I should probably get some sleep.
