OT: Diabloii: Legacy of Blood

Has anyone other than me ever read Diabloii: Legacy of Blood? Just curious as to how many ppl have heard of or read it. Also did you like it? Hmm maybe we should make posts about plots in the book in Black so you will have to highlight it to read the text and it wont ruin the book.
P.S. Give me a few tries with the word color to match the background of the forums. Cheers! :drink:

EDIT: oh well it seems there isnt a color to match the background that is in the scroll down color menu, if anyone knows the true color let me know please, thanks!

EDIT No 2: hey its pretty close, as good as i can get it, just put #013E72 instead of the blue or w/e in color=blue.

I have read it cover to cover several times. It is a good book. The same author does the third (and he's rumored to be doing a fourth) book in the series called The Kingdom Of Shadow.

It's not a series, per say, but there are three based on post-Dark Wanderer pre-D2 Sanctuary. The second book is The Black Road and the third, as I mentioned, is The Kingdom of Shadow. IMO, Kingdom of Shadow was my favorite of the three so far. Power, Spells, and a smartmouthed skull.

I was kind of disappointed in the Diablo 2 books. They weren't really very well written, and only mildly enjoyable - only because I like Diablo 2 already. I can't imagine what someone who isn't a fan of the game would think of the books. Richard A. Knaak, the author of the first and third in the series, has done some work on the Dragonlance series that is better, but his style is too dry for my taste. However, the plot of Legacy of Blood is helpful in understanding the Diablo 2 story line, so it's worth a read, if only for that reason.
