Corax doesn't even bother to show up for a week and 1/2 when he has a working net connection to say that poor disconnected sidhie with the roomie from heck should be ashamed. *pffit* At least she didn't blow off something she told others she'd do, she had the grace to tell us that she'd be unavailable.

No wonder all the EUs are running away, you all are so mean. (speaking of which, I'll be gone the first part of next week, mini trip)

I hope you can work it out. I know from my own experience that long distance relationships can be hard and rely solely on trust on love. I hope that you can keep this trust in eachother now that you're going away.

Btw, I should be getting reply from the Engineer university on thursday to let me know if I'm in or not.... *shudders* I hope I get accepted!

Oh and Nacaa: don't go hiding! You used to be a user of the dool... c'mon, join the fun. How did that date with that girl ever go?

Descrinimation? ... even my online finnish-english translater can't understand that word..

Why? Probably cause there aren't that many female forumites, in other words they are rare. Just like elite uniques in D2.

Well, I don't really post that much. Guess I don't have that much to say :)

I dunno, I'm on summer holiday. Pretty boring, I guess. I just got a few little jobs from people over at our summer cottage to do something like paint a house, so I haven't even been able to make up that much money..
I'm in upper secondary school at the moment, gonna start my second year on the 11th of next month.

This thread was originally designed to be a place to share your experience/thoughts/problems and what not, things there's always something of.
Where're you from? Do you have a girlfriend?
I have never really understood that secondary school and how the "other" education system works (the ones that differ from the dansih that is :)).
How far along is secondary?

Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I am great. I've vacated alot lately which is wonderful, especially when you're as tired of work as I am. And I'm REALLY tired of it! Today is the first day after a week off, and I'm bored to death. I'm off tomorrow (thank god) and wednesday too. My love is visiting me from tomorrow evening to wednesday evening, and I'm really looking forward to that. Can't wait till she moves up here either.
Then I have to work thursday, saturday and sunday and then I have two weeks vacation again YAY! :clap:

You forgot to add how you're doing Nac :)

In Finland you start school when you're seven, and you go to comprehensive school, which lasts for 9 years. Comprehensive school is divided to lower and upper comprehensive schools, the lower being the 6 first years. Then you can choose if you want to go to occupational school, upper secondary school (sort of like high school) or just take a pause.. only comprehensive school is mandatory.

I'm from Kempele, which is near Oulu in Finland.. and I've lived in England for one and a half years in '96, in Camberley (somewhere in Surrey).

In DK there's 9 years obligatory school. Then highschool and university after that. The two ladder ones are not obligatory :)

Btw do you know the song by Monty Python then? The one about Finland? :lol:
