*stomps around* It's not a teddy bear!! Nor a poodle. It's a species that I'm too lazy to think of a name for, but anyway, that's not the main villain. If I were to continue the story, that creature was actually once a man. But, for failing his master in a vital mission, he was transformed into the worst thing imaginable... a cute, furry animal. He has to complete this particular mission to regain his master's favor, and thus get changed back.
As for inspiration, I used to watch a bit of Slayers, which has obvious influence in this particular piece. As for Warcraft, I've never played any of those games. So I guess that one's sheer coincidence.
And yes, that "bone prison", well... it's obvious where that one came from :uhhuh:
I dunno if I want to continue this story. I already have a new one cooking up for the past week or so, and I'd like to try it out. However, there're still a few people I need to talk to about this, and if it happens to land some sort of deal, then yes, I'll continue it. Money = good incentive.
But if anything, this was a fantastic learning experience. This was the first time I'd ever really sat down and made myself finish a comic. Now that I look at it, there are a few flaws I see here and there, so my next one should be even better.
Thank you all for your kind feedback. I'm glad I didn't disappoint you.
