    Re: OT: Advertising

That's google ads for ya. This is a game site, and that ad is for a game ==> google ads matches them up!

Were you around when some of the ads were for sites that sell d2 items?

You obviously don't have kids... ;)

One thing I will say, it's a step up from the adult "dating" sites I've seen advertised here from time to time.

    Re: OT: Advertising

I actually do have 2 kids, but I certainly don't let them play D2, and I don't think that kids that would be interested in that stuff should be surfing the internet alone anyway, or want to play D2 and that both, like it was said: to advertisers, game sites are game sites :whistling:

    Re: OT: Advertising

Haha, my kids are 5 and 7, and they don't use the computer much so he really isn't coordinated enough to play D2 yet. But I'm sure some day he will (maybe D3)

But some child forced labor runs might be a good idea, but then again how would a 3 year old know what to pick up and what not to ?

Yes! I think that could pass off as educational!

I got an extra computer I can throw together for them pindle runs. Stocked up with pretzels and water. Those HR's aren't gonna find themselves!

Teaching kids IT and computer software for the future.

PS. Hmmm... so Children are essentially Pindlebots, right? Now there's an idea to convince a few undecided husbands/boyfriends.

No way. It's impossible to get enough free labor from little monsters to compensate for two decades of suffering their shenanigans until you can finally kick them out of the house.

Maybe one needs a special approach... "We'll go for ice-cream, once you find me a golden TC 87, princess", or something like that.

Still, you're probably right. It'd be easier to build a robot to push the buttons and move the mouse.

    A REAL-LIFE PINDLEBOT!!!
