Orb question

Just found me a 2 sock +3 blizz orb last night (couple of other semi useful mods like +40 mana). Seems like a decent enough budget weapon for my new blizz sorc, but is there anything I can do with the 2 socks to really improve this?

Not much. unfortunately. It was mildly useful for leveling, although a Spirit weapon would be better. You could socketed two Tir to get 4 mana back per kill or 2 Fal for the 20 str boast. Cold facet or Ist is too valuable to waste on this.
