Diablo IV, Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 Forums - Diabloii.Net
OK - Since I'm apparently back in D2 mode, I'm going through my stashes and deciding what I might want to do next. I'm all done with 1.09, but I've only done a few builds in 1.13 - so I'd like to get some feedback on optimum gear for some builds I haven't done yet in 1.13 to see what's feasible for me to try out. Here goes:
Amazon... mmm, think I've tapped this build out. I could do a FishyZon, but (a) I'm not too excited about doing another Zon, and (b) I have already researched gear for this.
Assassin - Now here's a character I really haven't played much - my only one was a PS Blender in 1.09. I know there are a lot of options for this, but I really don't know which build would be most fun to play, and I really don't have a handle on gearing a Sin.
Trapper - ??? I got no idea what great gear for this build would be.
Chaos Whirler - I can make Chaos, but what claw on the offhand? Fortitude for the armor, HW for the ammy, 1.10a BKWB + RF for rings, and then what?
Barbarian - Kind of like the Zon, I've played this character a lot. Haven't done a Barbitone (hah! Just coined that!), but I don't get excited at the idea.
Druid -
Windy Druid - a departure from all my other Were-Druids, I guess go pure caster gear?
Fireclaws MaulBear - using that nice Tomb Reaver I found, standard melee gear? I'd need a good development weapon for much of early Hell.
Necromancer - Haven't done the default starter character, Teh Fisheh, but Nightfish's guide is pretty much D2 Scripture.
Paladin - I've done a Teslot, so I don't think I'd want to do a FrostZealot - too similar.
FanaZealot - heh - think I have a handle on this - Grief + Forti and killz teh monsters!
Hammerdin - boring and tedious by most accounts
Avenger - fun? Grief doesn't work for this, so Oath?
Sorceress - I already want to do a dual-dream melee Sorc, but need MOAR RUNZES to pull it off. Working on that.
Blizzard - standard starter character, but would want to mix it with FW or FB - standard caster gear (and I only have one more SoJ)
Lightning Sorc - sounds fun, but likely need another Infinity to really make it shine, and prolly FO for unbreakable LIs.

So, feeback sought - am I missing some bucket-list builds here? Advice on enjoyability and best gear (essential items - I can fiddle with balancing resists and such).
