Opinions on a (maybe) new build.
First off i would like to say that i have used this forum a lot lately, after my interest in pallys has once again woken. There really is a lot of good info in this forum, and a lot of wise paladins to guide the not so wise, such as myself.
First why i'm thinking of making the following build:
I have recently made a Frost Zealot wich is a pretty nice, except he dosn't do anything for the party, other than slow targets, wich also is pretty nice. Then i started make an Avenger, but i just miss Zeal sooo much, and thats why i thought of combine Zeal and Conviction, to keep my zeal, and then have a decent Vengeance to deal with Physical Immune.
The build in numbers would look something like:
10 Holy Shield
Zealot Part:
20 Zeal (Main Attack)
20 Conviction (Main Aura)
Avenger Part:
1 Vengeance
10 Cold, Light, Fire resistances (To beef up Vengeance)
+9 Prerequesits if i'm not mistaken it's a total of 90 points. Any spare points can be dropped into Salvation to beef up the Vengeance with som Elemental damage.
I know this build dosn't make use of a whole lot of synergies, but i think it have the advantage of being able to dish out a good deal of whatever damage that hurts the monster the most.
I have looked around and i haven't found anything that looked like it, and i would very much like to hear if anyone knows some good reason why a build like this one, shouldn't be able to go all the way through Hell difficulty. Any inputs will be appreciated.
I'm starting this "ZeaVenger" or whatever this build should be called, and see where it leads.
