Open wounds: Q and A?
First off id like to apologize if there is an existing link on this. For some reason when i search i get "cannot display screen".
Ok, in PvP, when open wounds is applied;
A) How long does it last?
B) How do you determine damage inflicted?
C) Does elemental damage from charms/runes/CoC come into affect?
If anyone can help me out with these i would greatly appreciate it!!
