Ooph: Windy vs. a CS Zon

I have a windy druid with max block, which means less life than a non-block one. I have the 99/99 FCR, FHR points.
I have gigantic problems against CS Zons, I fare well with most classes, but there seems to be an overrun of Lightning Zons in public games and I'm getting very frustrated dealing with them.

I use minion stacking, but when I play defensively they lightning fury the heck out of my minions, and when I get close they 'farcast' and I'm totally dead.
Is absorbing/+max resist the only solution to this?

For now I guess I will try using thundergods and see how it will effect them.

Also while ranting about lightning characters, I need a useful strategy against trappers too. So far I only refuse to duel them because I know there is no hope.

If they farcast, use Doom. Teleport in quick and spam twisters to get them into dodgelock if they aren't already dodging your wolves/bear/ravens. With Doom, they should be dodging slow-mo. Just keep casting tornado's and they'll end up dead.

A holy freeze merc works also, but mercs tend to end up dead quite quick.

I never had much problems against them. You should survive a first hit they do due to cyclone armor. Just tele on them and spam tornados like theres no tomorrow. Once theyr in a dodge lock byebye. Dont let them farcast you. You got tele, tele on them.

About that doom.. thats truelly lame against amazons.
