Back in 2000 I started walking 2 miles during my lunch hour. One mile to Subway and a mile back. I always had the roast chicken sandwich. Very little lettuce, some tomato and enough onion to give somebody two counties away bad breath when I ate it. The Subway diet works. I dropped 30 lbs in three months and got myself back into fantastic shape. Now I'm more lazy and drink a lot more beer. Still in great shape though.
