Ah... other than that, has anybody seen any other game where Necromancers are available as a class?

Not in the D2-style, with a bunch of undead minions.

There are a number of games that allow you to create Golems; "Summoner" in particular is a CRPGish game where this is used to set off the storyline and where you have to watch over your golem.

WarCraft II had Deathmages, who could raise skeletons from corpses. That was always fun

Dungeons and Dragons (which I don't like at all, so I'll have to stick to the general stuff) has Necromancy as one of its magic schools. I would assume that some of the AD&D derived games have it implemented.

Other than that... I don't keep tracks of details like this, so there's probably a lot of other games that I might have played but don't remember right now... in particular, I would not be surprised if the Might&Magic universe has Necromancers, either in the RPG line or in Heroes of M&M.

D&D RPG's can have skeletons but its not really feasible to get hordes of them like d2.

GW has a necro who can have minions but they have life degen and are pretty poor until you get them to very high levels

Hmpf... of course, I *always* forget Dungeon Siege. It does have various D2 style necromancer spells working off corpses, and some of minions that can be created are undead.

It's been too long since I played Nox...

The other D2-style game, "Darkstone", didn't have Necromancer style stuff, IIRC. Unless you consider "Fear" or "confusion" to be enough

Scotland was 1 - 0 up against Italy and we did the usual give it away until the very end.

It is American football season, so I am paying less attention than ever to that other "futbol," which is very difficult for me to do. The term "absolute zero" comes to mind. You did remind me that this time last year I was just returning from Edinburgh, though, which was fun. I got to watch hundreds of Scots play bagpipes in 42 degree f rain in their skirts at the Tattoo. 'Twas teh kewl.

I never had much luck with Matlab either. Go kick your opponent's brains out, MM, and summon a skeleton from the fallen corpse.

To make matters worse it is a mandatory course, you need to attend all lessons and get a passing grade on all assignments and then get a passing grade for the final. If you miss one lesson you need to retake it the next year.

Don't be surprised when I do manage to summon a living skeleton from my opponents broken form. I will be sure to take pix of the event.

Check around the forums and Arreat for info on the new Ãœber bosses, the three keys, Lilith and the Torch. Loosing Marrowwalk also meant that the hybrids took a hit. That was a shame.

College started again and this time I’m actually going to do my homework like a good little boy. I’m sick of always having to redo tests during my holidays.
Not much game time for me since my comp crashed and burned and now gives a BsoD during play about every three minutes. Luckily only during gaming so I can still surf normally.
Still looking for a job though.

Same here MM, just started my first year of college. I don't know how well I'm going to do, it's kicking my *** O_O. And I have to keep a 3.0 to keep my scholarship... Oh well I'll live.

I haven't been able to do any gamage either, I'd play WoW but no source of income (I don't need a job on top of school at the moment). That's why I think I'll own some ubers for a bit. Has to be better than getting wasted monday night, getting wasted tuesday night, and getting wasted wednesday night.

Don't get me wrong I like getting wasted, I just don't like the social scene. Fratboys for the loss.

You'll do fine, alot of times when I have trouble in a class I find it's usually the teacher and not the subject, so check around before dealing with those BS classes that have nothing to do with what your going in to. I used to know some of those professor rating sites, but atm I can't think of them.

Wohoo! Survived Matlab! It wasn’t as horrible as I remembered. Luckily they replaced the teacher. The guy I originally had for the subject was a total asshole. This time around things are looking up.

Studying for finals ruined my stamina. I felt like barfing during kickboxing practice after only having done the warming up. Luckily I can still hit and kick hard. This is going to take me a week or two to get back on track.

I'm not seeing a change of font. Maybe someone haxed your computer and changed your font for everything to wingdings, knowing that even though the operation of changing it back is actually quite simple, but you'll have to read wingdings to do it. I'll tell you the shortcut to fixing it MM:
