Oddest find yet...

I just found an Eth Redeemer Mighty Scepter off of hell meph. I was wondering where this weapon would go best: Perhaps an Avenger? Frankly I'm willing to trade it, since it has no purpose for my hammerdin. But I have a few questions, btw it's 273 ed, +2 pally skills(I don't know how it varies) no sockets.

I was wondering, it says damage +102. Does that add to base damage? If so, would that mean this is a monster of a charging weapon? It already does freakin insane damage(223-290) Plus -33% target defense, I think this weapon was meant for a charger but I'm not sure of the practical use or of the value of this bad boy. Help me out online at *fobdekar

It's a range one if that tells you anything about its usefulness as a charge weapon.

It blows for smite I think. I can get two hits in before you get your first.

Its not that bad, how many sockets on it? The + damage is added after any damage you do first, and I have heard that +damage skips the pvp penatly. .

Edit: Nevermind on the sockets question

That still doesn't quite answer my question. Would the +damage apply to your base damage? So therefore, with an avenger, the +102 would be multiplied by vengeance's boost in damage.
