Nvn Duels without tele

Are there still places you can go to duel NvN without teleport. A guy told me today that bonespirit is considered Bad Manners while he teleporting around like an orbing sorc. Bone Spirit being bad manners is just ridicoulous. Does anyone know of any channels or games where NvN is like it use to be before the ENIMGA patch?

1.09 style NvN will probably only exist with LLD'ers
