North Korea missile test/satellite launch

North Korea is apparently planning on launching a rocket, possibly on April 4th, with the intent of putting a satellite in orbit. If what I read is correct, the satellite does not bother the UN but the rocket launch is a violation of a UN resolution.

"At the G-20 summit in London, Obama and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak issued a statement agreeing on "a stern, united response from the international community if North Korea launches a long-range rocket."

Any rocket launch will give North Korea more data/knowledge about building long range rockets. The implication is that in the future such rockets could reach nearly any location on Earth.

I am curious what this "stern, united response" will be.

Also curious to see if the rocket clears the Sea of Japan.
