just a question;; i got lvl 70 bow zon. 1st character. i sorta understand the IAS stuff ,,, but was wondering why some bow a zons have it seems like a double shot with their shots .. not strafe .. seem s to me that they shoot multi shot so fast. even lvl 50 chars. i just dont understand how the shoot so repeditavely , so fast.??

If the arrows that they shoot look like normal arrows (not white like magical or guided arrows), then you are most likely seeing them use strafe.
If not strafe, then they could have the required ias needed to reach higher bps, which could make it appear as you have said, but that would depend on thier bow and ias, so it would be impossible for me to tell that.

Probably just a combination of high ias along with some lag. Reaching the higher breakpoints isn't to hard with the right gear, specially with a faith in the equation. Even without a faith it's not impossible with the -10 wsm bows (145 ias for fastest).
