Noob PvP Questions...

I have played D2 for a while, and finally want to get into dueling. A few questions (I have read the FAQ and couldn't find it).

I want to get into LLD as I don't have the finances for high rune words, other than L9 and L18, are there any standard levels that I can get LLD's at?

Actually, LLD can be pretty expensive with the perfect and close-to-perfect gear, as most people do not see their value and just throw those items away.

I realize that (perfect low gear is expensive), but I am just doing this to get a feel for PvP. If anyone can answer what and common dueling levels I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, what things constitute bad manners in PvP? Summons? Mercs? Warcries? ShadowWarrior/Master/Valkyrie/Bear? oskills?

Mostly none of what you mentioned. A few ones that some people might consider BM:

Slow Missiles (but they're just skilless whiners)
Healing Potions
Rejuv Potions
Some might consider mass bone prisoning or walling also BM
NKing
Town Guarding
Bo killing
2v1 , 3v1, 3v2, etc. unless agreed
Trashtalking

Well, that's pretty much it. However, what really is bad mannered is up to the individual, in this case that's you. For example, I myself consider spamming, acting like a retard (aka bad/"korean" English and asking stupid questions), calling other people names when they beat you, anything up from 2v1 (aka 3-7v1), anything else is negotiable (I actually enjoyed dueling a clan 2v4 with my friend).

Now, let's see, I'll also put my personal comments on all of your possible BM things:
Summons (Only weak melee people whine about this, ignore them, bad losers they are)
Mercs (un-skilled people who cannot kill a merc, ignored them too. Bad losers)
Warcries (poor people who cannot afford a CTA might whine about this if they lose to you, but it's just an excuse)
Bear/Valkyrie/Shadow (Have only seen some smiters whine about Shadows when they die to them due to the assassin wearing a bramble. Ignore them, they're simply stupid)
Oskills (again, poorer people will whine about Enigma for example. That's just an excuse, ignore them.)

you forgot some stuff that is bm

prebuff (changing gear to cast skills like energy shield or to bo)
prison is bm only if the person you prison cannot tele
bo killing is part of a BM called jumping where you hit people that arent ready or didnt say go
shrine/welling is BM too
So is summoning, ie reviving
sorbing is too.. 2x ravens, tgods, wisps. (however 1 piece of sorb is good manner)
fading with any character that isnt assassin is BM
using more than 13 70/15 charms on a ES sorc is bm
huge stack of resists is bm
slow missile is BM except when a zon uses it
hacks are bm
using item charges is bm (Life tap, Lower resist etc given by a item with skill charges)

summons-
Revive is BM, on a nec or any other characters because some characters cannot kill revivers, some can (zerk and melee hits thru revives)
Wolves on wind druids, bears/shadows/valks are not BM
mercs are bm however easy to kill
the rest of the stuff there is not bm
