NM Mephisto is level 59 and NM Pindleskin is level 68.

For NM and hell monsters you're better off using the area_lvls and adding to that when necessary (Champion/(Super)Unique). Except Act bosses of course.

NM Pindle is Mlvl 66.

maras. No - qlvl 80
IK boots. Yes

He will drop grand charms of ilvl 66 which means alvl 66 so:

+1 skillers? charms. Yes

He drops runes from Act 5 (N) Good which contains Runes 12 so:

rune up to = ? Ist

Pindle's resists (excluding the extra mod) are:
50% magic
75% fire
100% poison

Since Cold Enchanted adds 75%, he can't ever be immune to cold in NM.

2. Does he have as good a chance to drop uniques as, say, meph, and, or baal?

He has a lousy chance to drop Uniques, but at least it's better than normal monsters. :grrr:
