Well, I'm in this. It'll be my first ladder reset so I'll need as much help as I can get!

Historically Blizzard releases most patches to Diablo LoD on a Monday or Tuesday. There are good reasons why this is so and thus those days are likely release days for v1.13 (Thursday through Sunday are extremely unlikely release days imo).

When Blizzard made their announcement on April 23rd that the patch might be coming before the end of April they were, therefore, basically saying they had a release candidate in hand and giving a few days warning that the 27th or 28th (Monday/Tuesday) might be patch/reset day.

Since their announcement said they'd give further advance warning we can guess that if we don't see another announcement today (Friday) then we won't see a reset until at least Monday, May 11th.

But if they announce today I believe they'll give a Monday or Tuesday, May 4 or 5 date.

I can’t give an estimate or date, we’re expecting there to be a good amount of testing required due to the types of changes being made. We want to take our time and put out a solid patch, and that means we don’t have a release date right now. Some exciting news - and it also may be some comfort - due to the types of changes we’re making we will be offering the Diablo II 1.13 patch for testing and feedback on a test realm before its release. We’ll have more information about how you’ll be able to help test it in the coming weeks."[/BLUE]
