Next FHR BP Important?

For my life based Smiter, the only two things that give me FHR are Bloodfists (30) and Dungo's (10). Now, I've already hit the 27% BP, but is it important to hit 48%? This is basically the difference between +63 Waterwalks and regular Treks. Which would be more valuable? (No CoA - using Shako).

Waterwalks and an 8% FHR Large Charm and you're set. Or two 5% FHR small charms. Two 5 res all 5% FHR scs = perfect.

Not sure if that's really worth it 'cause then I'll lose 2 20 life SC spots, which means the WWs only add 20-25 life...

Also, isnt the CB/DS/OW on Gores useful in PVP?

Ok. Well then how valuable is the CB/OW/DS on the Gores compared to the +life on the WWs?

CB is useless. DS is useless. Ow is useless unless you're dueling an insane es sorc, but even then there are better sources for it. Waterwalks and triple-resist boots are really the only option for a smiter :/
