I'm new to diablo 3(online). I have a few questions:

1. Do offline accounts transfer to online play?

2. Do items transfer to online?

3. Is a witchdoctor level 60(6) with 370k max dps, 3800 armor, and 91k vitality a good account?

Do you mean console items transferring to PC battlenet? No and no.

I'm not sure what someone told you, but there is only online play. There is no off line play mode.

This is an online game. If it is a PC account, the witch doctor seems cool. Remember to have life steal or life on hit.
