newbie questions: dual wield grief

The modifier (Damage +350-400) on Grief adds damage to the weapon although it's not shown on the character screen. It will also add damage to the shield on the left hand (smite). I just wonder if it will add damage to the weapon on the left hand. Will this mod stack if we dual wield Grief?

The "LCS" (lying character screen) does not display damage correctly. You do of course get all the damage bonuses from grief. The damages of each are calculated separatley, then added together when they both hit the target. You need the proper IAS on them to be most effective. BA needs at least 34% IAS on the weapon itself
