personally i think my low lvl strafer would perfer this one...i wounder how the slow missiles work if two zons are not partied? and what about the lvl 15 valk...that would be nasty if you have a valk up covering your but and another one procs in the wrong location

all of the r/we are relatively low...hope that is because the duping is fixed and the r/w will be more reasonable now
