New to barbs, Need WW help

Hi,
Im making an WWbarb right now, thats gonna wield Ribby. Thats a maceclass weapon right?

Does CB work with WW?
Is pumping strength necessary? Ribby is a low str req weapon, but do you advice me to put stats in str?

Skills? Max WW, BO and then what?

Mace mastery and shout.

CB works with WW, as far as I know. Hence IK barbs are popular.
