New Server Restrictions?

I just got a realm down after my login after I dropped from a game. I was running eldritch and shenk and I may been doing them too fast for the new server restrictions. Does it give a realm down when you have been doing this or is it something different?

it can last from 10 mins ~ several hours.... 2 avoid this - u need to increase the lenght of your runs and game creation in between....


And if your RD lasts for a long time and you feel the itch to play D2... try a different Server.... when I got IP banned when the lines were still around ... I headed to west and in that downtime... I was able to create a clvl 67 Summoner-Druid...
