did you choose proper Network? It should be Quakenet

just type in 1st window /server quakenet and it should work

ohh... you got firewall. It does not let outgoing connections on port 6667. You should open that port :smiley:

ahhh... thats why. MiRC is not free prog. Dont know much about configuration. If you have firefox installed try ff addon Chatzilla. Its free and easy usable :wink3:
