New in Barb, Qs on Strength

I am such new and you could see my noob question before
Basically, I am making a PvP WW barb for Duel purposes ONLY!
My ready gear:
1. Arreats (40/15ias?) or go for eth arreats?
2. Enigma (i remember it need 101 str.)
3. CB Botd
4. SS (I love shields, they save my as) (40/15ias) ?
5. Highlord / car eye ammy
6. Dual leech ring / bk ring
7. Dracul < The life tap gloves, my spelling is a bitach
8. 10 combat gcs
9. anni with 13 attributes
10. 9 x resist or life charm (maybe)
11. Vxxxx hear coil < the damage reduce one
12. Gore Rider
Some other question:
What base str i should have to wear all of them?
besides WW, is concentation a good choice to kick those WWsin?
