new hotkeys reset to default seemingly random

i set hotkeys and hours later i notice they are back to default when my buttons are not work. any help on how i can fix is appreciated . thanks, zach

I got this issue as well, although it seems to go away after setting my hotkeys a few times.

Not sure if this is the same problem, but I've had that happen a few times when switching between characters. I started to map all my hotkeys the same way on my characters and it hasn't happened in a while. I.e. skill 1 is always A, skill 2 is always S, and so on.
