well obiouslyI bet the drops are just showcase examples or the entire D3 economy would be ruined unless the put everything obtainable/upgradable in infinite numbers 0.o
Cool video though of the monk in action.
The death animations sometimes really *POP* apart
Is that commenter guy in the beginning nervous or what? And why is he wearing eyebrow make-up?

Yay! I'm proud I got "newsed" on frontpage being a long long time follower of the site.Good find. I just news'ed it.
I'm curious who is playing and under what circumstances, since you could not reach Alcarnus in the 20 minute play time. Not unless you just ran through the entire desert area straight to it, and this guy doesn't look like he's in any real hurry. Plus he obviously did enough battling to pick up an entire inventory full of junk, as seen right at the start of the movie.
Since someone asked about the boots; they're rare, with random stats. You get magical and rare items all the time for quest rewards in D3. They dropped on the ground (right at the start, when the Monk runs through the city gates and "completes" the quest) since his inventory is entirely full.
Yeah, you get magical and rare items for quest rewards all the time in D3. The reward comes when you "complete" the quest. Often this requires speaking to the NPC who gave you the quest, but sometimes you just need to do an action. Kill a monster, escort another NPC, or in this case, reach the gates of Alcarnus.Anyways, to me it looks like that Spark Stomper pop out as he completes that quest. No quest turn in reward there. And the only reason why it pops out is because his stash is full.
I think that is still on the design stage, easily missed if that stuck to the release.
