New Build...I think

This is something I've been working on, and I'd like to get any advice I can on it. Don't think I've ever seen a build like this. Skills are as follows...
Warcries:
20 BO
1 BC
2 Pre-reqs
Masteries:
20 Polearm Mastery
1 in Stamina, Speed, Skin, and Resists
Combat Skills:
20 Leap
20 Leap Attack
20 Whirlwind
3 Pre-reqs

That's exactly 110 skill points, which, while possible, is highly unrealistic. I think in this case you'd want to max Leap last, though I could be wrong. This is obviously a LA/WW hybrid, which should be able to do both PvM and PvP. I'm not sure of equipment yet, but it should probably be pretty standard. I'm poor and can't afford any of this, but I'm thinking Arreat's, BotD Great Poleaxe, Fortitude Armor, etc. Anyone think this build could work? Any insight would be appreciated...I don't play barbs much.

PS: Might polearms not be the best type of weapon to use? I think a range-5 weapon is optimal, as it helps both attacks, but I'm wondering if spears or maces might a better choice. If you used maces, this would probably work pretty well with full IK set too. What would be best?

Anything? I've never played a barb before, I don't even know if this build will work. No one has any ideas? I need to figure out the right type of weapon to use too.

Well with this build is pretty much a titan type build. Your defense will be very low. But it will be enough for pvm. The ebotdgpa is a very strong weapon that hits the ww bp and with a good might merc ur dmg will be well over 10k. So monsters will pretty much die before they can hurt you too bad. You will need a point in berserk tho or you will get killed by physical immunes and im. PvP you will not stand a chance against melee duelers but if you can land a ww on caster you should be able to kill them in one go provided you can catch them.

Why must it be a titan build? The str requirements aren't all that high...I was thinking of using LA in duels as well, or is it just useless in PvP? Also...Great Poleaxe or War Pike?

If by LA u mean leap attack it is useless, a nec or sorc can simplewalk to steps away while ur in air, you will miss n then be in swing mode while they namelock you.....

I dont like polearms but w.e

Just put 15 points into leap so you can stun people with it, use whirl to kill..

The onli advantage polearms have is that it has the best range of any weapon, this is very usefull for them annoying *** f.r.w zons

Okay...this seems kinda worthless then. Damn. Unless anyone thinks that this could somehow work out well and explain how, I'm going to scrap this build. Thanks for the input though.
