Negative Attack Speeds Question

How does Holy Freeze effect my attack speed? I've tried a search on these forums, and also some others, and have turned up nill on the specifics of this skill. I want to hit a break to keep my kicking speed decent versus BM HF smiters, and I need to know how to include Holy Freezes negative speed into the formula.

Would it count as negative skill speed the same way something like Burst of Speed would count as positive skill increase speed? Is there any PvP penalty to it? Would level 6 HF count as -44% skill speed?

Does 'Hit Slows Target' gear work the same way, if I get hit with a 50% slow item, will it count as -50% skill speed? Will 50% slows gear, with level 6 HF will be a total of -94% skill speed?

Last question, how long does slow gear last for? Ten seconds? (250 frames?)

I'm sure someone cool must know the answers. Thanks in advance.

Use the Weapon Speed Calculator, it lets you work out attack speeds with HF/decrepify on you

No idea about hit slows target though

Thank you. Every time I click a calc I get some different version or something. The one I was using didn't have a decrep option. That's exactly what I needed, thank you very much.

Yeah, if you google it you get an older version (I think). I'd add LHtB's link to a bookmark or something, then just use that in the future.
