Need some necro tips

Hello,
I'm a summon/bone necro. I've been following this guide:
http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=338630
I can kill countess,andy, meph, pindle,shenk,eldritch and do chaos sanctuary. The problem is, IT TAKES SO LONG TO DO A RUN! I'm hitting 1.4k bone spirit 1.1k bone spear.
Gear:
P-topaz shako
P-diamoned homo/splendor
King leoric (getting hoto)/wizzy spike
marrowwalks
2xnagel
goldwrap/t-gods (depending on situation)
chancies
Can summon 13 skellies, 10 revives. 1 skelly hits 453 dmg.

Any tips to run faster?

I'd probably skip meph/countess if I didn't have tele.......andy is ok since you can run around to find it without dying......

I would say that this build relies heavily on the charges/synergy bug from the marrowwalks to boost your spear&spirit. Unfortunately, this bug doesn't work anymore...
IMHO, in patch1.11 you're better off with a fishymancer or a pure boner.
