Need Some Advice About Crafting.

I want to ask you something about crafting. I am now level 93 and want to craft nice Fcr Amulet for my Hammerdin. So here are the questions.

- Which amulet's eligiable for crafting ( Inc. Skill and Fcr.. )

- Is there any critical point about crafting ?
