Need Help With Es/Fball Sorc

Yeah...having trouble dueling my friend's fireball/es sorc. He tele's around a crapload, and I never get a good shot at him. Teeth does too little, hard to hit with spear and spirit, and he's smart enough to keep me on screen so that I can't IBS him.

My res in hell are 90/75/75/75, 125% Fcr, 86 Fhr, and 2.5k Life with BO.

Bone Necros and FoHers usually have a hard time against any ES Sorc build. Both builds hit only from time to time and mana has a lot of time to regenerate between successful strikes.

I'm thinking that him losing to your bone necro could be only pure luck on your side. However, many builds handle ES Sorcies more than with ease. Trappers suck their mana bulb like crazy if they're on the offensive, BvC's melee Assas and good Bowzons tear them apart with poison and open wounds.
