Need an Advice.

Hi there.

I wanna make a sorc based on an Infinity merc. I want to be able to do everything, solo act1-act5, rushes, hf rushes..

What element should I chose? And what kind of build?

If you want to use Infinity, go Lightning, probably Nova. Infinity will almost always break Lightning Immunes, but will rarely break Fire Immunes, and almost never break Cold Immunes.

Light for sure. If you are using the infinity on you merc you will need itens that has -XX% light resist for enimies. (Crescent Moon runeword, Griffons, Light Facets)

But you can also use the infinity yourself, the -55% light resist from it will make everythign easier, just make sure you reach the 117 BP (105 is enough for teleporting)


IT is up to you to go all vita with crazy lighning dmg or a Energyshield Nova sorc (both are really effective and will make everything you want to make, it can kill any monster in game, (not counting randon uniques and the light skellies from WSK LVL 3)

ok, so, what would be best.

Using Infinity on the Merc, and using Crescent Moon + Spirit Shield and not going ES sorc

or using the infinity myself and going ES + insigth merc??

btw im gonna use charged bolt as my main skilling spell.
